Ning Ding (丁宁) | Prof. Ning Ding Xi’an Jiaotong University, China Ning Ding is a second-level professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University, serving as a doctoral supervisor and an expert participating in the national “Thousand Talents Plan.” He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2005 and 2008, respectively. In 2012, he completed his doctoral studies at Keio University in Japan. Following the attainment of his Ph.D., he embarked on his career with Toshiba Corporation in Japan. In 2020, he returned to China and became part of the Alibaba Group. In 2023, he commenced his work at the School of Artificial Intelligence of Xi’an Jiaotong University. Conggang Yu(余从刚) | Assoc. Prof. Conggang Yu Hunan University, China Conggang Yu is an Associate Professor, Ph.D., and Ph.D. supervisor affiliated with the School of Design and Arts at Hunan University. His research primarily revolves around human factors pertaining to human-machine collaboration, human-machine coupling, and human-machine integration concerning functional enhancement and intelligent rehabilitation within the context of artificial intelligence. Yu’s investigations encompass intelligent robots, exoskeleton devices, aerospace equipment, and more. He has achieved successful completion of industrial design projects for national endeavors, such as the aerospace medical human system research cabinet and standalone equipment for the Chinese Space Station and intelligent sleep products for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. 余从刚副教授,湖南大学 余从刚,湖南大学设计艺术学院副教授,博士、博士生导师。主要聚焦智能时代机能增强和智能康复的人机协作、人机耦合、人机共融等人因问题。主要研究对象包括智能机器人、外骨骼装备、航空航天装备等,完成了中国空间站航天医学人系统研究机柜及单机装备、北京2022冬奥会智能睡眠产品等国家工程的工业设计任务。 |
Kejun Zhang(张克俊) | Prof. Kejun Zhang Zhejiang University, China Kejun Zhang is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Zhejiang University. He serves as the director of the Department of Industrial Design at the School of Computer Science and Technology and the vice dean of the International Design Research Institute at Zhejiang University. His research expertise is wide-ranging, encompassing intelligent art and innovative design, artificial intelligence, and affective computing. He has led more than ten research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key Research and Development Program, and the National Culture and Tourism Science and Technology Innovation Project. Zhang’s scholarly impact extends to his publications, with over 40 papers featured in both domestic and international journals and conferences likeDesign StudiesandSCIENCE CHINA-Information Science. His outstanding work has been honored with several awards, including the Second Prize of the Ministry of Education’s Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award and the Outstanding Leadership Award at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference. His role as an educator is equally commendable, as he has led the development of two national first-class courses and guided students to achieve multiple Gold Awards in the Ministry of Education’s “Internet+” National Competition. His excellence in teaching has been acknowledged with awards such as the Special Prize in the First Zhejiang Provincial Higher Education Teacher Teaching Innovation Competition and multiple Second Prizes of National Teaching Achievement Awards. 张克俊教授,浙江大学 张克俊,浙江大学教授、博士生导师,浙江大学计算机科学与技术学院工业设计系系主任、国际设计研究院副院长。研究方向为智能艺术与创新设计、人工智能与情感计算。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、国家文化与旅游科技创新工程项目等十余项。在Design Studies、SCIENCE CHINA-Information Science等国内外期刊或会议上发表论文四十余篇,曾获教育部高等学校优秀科学研究成果奖二等奖、世界人工智能大会卓越引领奖。主持国家级一流课程2门,指导学生多次获评教育部“互联网+”国赛金奖,曾获浙江省首届高校教师教学创新大赛特等奖并多次获评国家级教学成果奖二等奖。 |
Bedir Tekinerdogan | Prof. Bedir Tekinerdogan Wageningen University, The Netherlands Research Area: Software Engineering, Software Architecture Design, System Engineering, Internet of Things, Big Data, Software Product Line Engineering, Cloud Computing, Parallel Computing - Enterprise Resource Planning, Software Testing, Aspect-Oriented Software Development, Model-driven Software Development, Software Design Patterns, Global Software Development, Object-Oriented Software Development, Agile and plan-driven software development, Green Computing, Management Prof. Tekinerdogan received his MSc degree (1994) and a PhD degree (2000) in Computer Science, both from the University of Twente, The Netherlands. He was a faculty member at the University of Twente from 2003 until 2008, following which he joined Bilkent University, where he worked until 2015. He founded and led the Bilkent Software Engineering Group at Bilkent University, which intended to promote software engineering research and education in Turkey. Currently, he is a full professor and chair of the Information Technology group at Wageningen University, The Netherlands. He has more than 25 years of experience in information technology and software/systems engineering. He is the author of more than 350 peer-reviewed scientific papers and 5 edited books. He has been active in dozens of national and international research and consultancy projects with various large software companies, whereby he has worked as a principal researcher and leading software/system architect. Hence, he has got broad experience in software and systems engineering in different domains such as consumer electronics, enterprise systems, automotive systems, critical infrastructures, cyber-physical systems, satellite systems, defense systems, production line systems, command and control systems, physical protection systems, radar systems, smart metering systems, energy systems, and precision farming. He has taken a holistic, systemic, and multi-disciplinary approach to solving real industrial problems. With this, he has ample experience in software and systems architecting, software and systems product line engineering, cyber-physical systems, model-driven software engineering, aspect-oriented software engineering, global software development, systems engineering, system of systems engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. All of these topics, he is also actively teaching. He has developed and taught around 20 different academic courses and has provided software/systems engineering courses to more than 50 companies in The Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey. He has graduated more than 80 MSc students and supervised more than 20 PhD students. He has reviewed more than 100 national and international projects and is a regular reviewer for more than 20 international journals. He has also been very active in scientific conferences and organized more than 50 conferences/workshops on software engineering topics. Md Mozasser Rahman | Asso. Prof. Md Mozasser Rahman (IEEE Member) Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Malaysia Research Area: Human-robot cooperation, Rehabilitation Robot, Autonomous System, Industry 4.0, and Machines and Mechanisms Dr. Mozasser has expertise in Robotics and Industrial Automation. His research area covers human-robot cooperation, movement characteristics of human arm, artificial human organ etc. He serves as a consultant for universities and industries in the field of Industrial Automation and Robotic System. Dr. Mozasser received one academic award from JSME (Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers) and two innovation award from MTEX (Malaysian Technology Exhibition). One of his inventions is pending for patent. He published more than 50 articles and book chapters. He is also active in research group “Autonomous Systems and Robotics Research Unit” and completed five research projects. Dr. Mozasser is Fellow of IEEE and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), UK and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered with the Engineering Council, UK.
